George Panayiotou is an Executive Director at K. Treppides & Co Ltd, where he leads the Direct Tax Department. He advises international groups, entrepreneurs and private clients on Cyprus and international taxation, corporate structuring and cross-border transactions. His experience spans financial services, technology, telecommunications, real estate, and oil and gas. His work includes corporate reorganisations, tax due diligence, tax rulings and compliance, with particular emphasis on intellectual property taxation and the establishment of business operations in Cyprus. executives with tax residency and relocation matters. George holds a BA in Accounting and Finance and is a member of the Institute of Chartered
