George is a Founding Partner at XPADIA, an advisory firm with broad expertise in real estate advisory, M&A practice, private wealth advisory and market entry strategies, with focus in Cyprus, Greece, Israel and the Gulf countries. Before joining XPADIA, George spent 15 years working with the Ministers of Energy, Health, Industry and Tourism, and 5 years with Invest Cyprus. During his tenure as the CEO of Invest Cyprus, he designed and implemented new strategies for attracting international technology companies and investment, which led Cyprus to be ranked 3rd globally in the 2022 Post Pandemic Recovery FDI Index. George worked directly with international groups supporting the closure of significant investments in residential and commercial Real Estate projects, Hospitality Assets, Renewable Energy projects, while also acted as the project manager for the development of large-scale infrastructure projects, such as the City of Dreams Mediterranean in Cyprus, Europe’ s first integrated casino resort.
