Demetris Tsiakkis heads Altia’s Business development and Strategy and is responsible for driving the growth of the company by implementing strategic initiatives, identifying partnerships, and exploring new markets and products within the real estate sector. Prior to joining Altia he was a Director in Deloitte Middle East’s Financial Advisory, specializing in M&A, Performance Optimization and Data Analytics. Having worked in Deloitte London for most of his career he has worked on more than €30bn worth of transaction deals, many of which related to companies operating within the real estate and hospitality sectors. Demetris is Chartered accountant with the ICAEW and holds a MEng in Civil and Structural Engineering
