Iva is a Tax Director in Tax Advisory in PwC Cyprus focusing on international tax structuring and shipping.
She joined PwC Cyprus in 2014 after obtaining a law degree and subsequently a Masters in Tax Law. Iva has also been awarded the Advanced Diploma in International Taxation (ADIT) professional qualification and admitted as qualified lawyer in the Cyprus Bar Association.
Iva specialises in international and local taxation and has experience working in the financial services and shipping industries where she is involved with investment houses as well as multinational groups in the shipping sector. Iva has been involved in several tax advisory projects and has great experience working with international clients on cross border transactions including mergers and acquisitions, due diligences and group restructurings and IPOs. In addition, Iva is also involved in liaising with the Cyprus tax authorities in the course of tax examinations.
