Alkis is a Director, Advocate in S.A. Evangelou & Co LLC, a member firm of PricewaterhouseCoopers International Limited (PwCIL) and part of the PwC’s Tax and Legal Services Network providing Legal Services in Cyprus. Alkis obtained an LL.B from the University of Southampton, United Kingdom, followed by an MBA from the University of Limassol, Cyprus. He is a member of the Cyprus Bar Association and an Advocate of the Supreme Court of Cyprus. He specialises in corporate and commercial law with emphasis on (cross- border) mergers and acquisitions, international group and structurings and restructurings. He has advised and represented clients in complex corporate transactions which involved, inter alia, carve-outs and post-deal integrations and debt restructurings. Alkis has also advised numerous times on commercial and other legal matters, including employment, real estate and corporate governance matters and represented clients in relation to acquisition of assets in Cyprus by, inter alia, conducting legal due diligence, drafting and negotiating transactional documentation.
